keeping in the loop

this yarn was bought years ago by an enthusiastic 10 year old in love with purple and wanting to lean to knit....knit we did, but a scarf in footy colours. with no projects on the go, and not much time beacuse of full time work, i needed something to do just to keep in the loop...a ravelry search led to a neck warmer...for the 10 year old who is now a teenager and still liking purple....just a few more rows to go...i wonder if the weekend will be a crafty one???
