we are off on a holiday to africa in a few weeks time, and i need some short sleeve cotton shirts for when we are hiking around in the heat...here was my solution....
this looks soooo much better on, than off, but it is 9 degrees today and i am not taking off any layers of clothes for a photo....check out jezze's blog though, as she is modeling hers...i rolled the neck edge down as the tutorial says you can...
except i rolled it forward and put a decorative tape to match the pocket insignia...because i couldn't be bothered unpicking the pocket, and decided it might be handy to have it anyway...
this remake took a little over an hour to complete....
now i am off to dear husbands wardrobe in search of a another unwanted shirt or two or three or so...

That is the cutest shirt. I need to check out the tutorial and head off to the second hand store to find some suitable shirts.
Umm. I have this button down shirt, that I am just unenthusiastic to pick up everytime I am rifling my shirt piles. I know just what to do with it, now. :p
