completed....

what a quick knit...a gift completed....
however i think miss s has spied it, and we are off on holidays in a few days...i bet it goes into her suite case...
i dont mind, it was such a quick knit i have time to make another for the alpaca breeder, and probably enough wool....
short, cropped just at the waistline...intentionally no closures so it can be worn through the summer months...but i did find this pin in the new jo sharp store in cottesloe a few months back, and will put it to good use...
(have you west aussies been into the new 'knit' store? gorgeous, huge range, great bargain bin, and a completed sample of all of the patterns from her books...it's worth a visit...and the lady behind the counter has sooooo much knitting knowledge, she is a fantastic source of knitting info...thanks barbara)
having uploaded the photos, i think this needs blocking..i never seem to do that, too impatient....
bring on the holiday...melbourne town here we come...yippee

Great cardi, love that pin, must go in there and have a look. Enjoy Melbourne (well how could anyone not enjoy Melbourne?).

That cardigan is lovely in that beautiful yarn. And that pin is such a fine detail.
