she always produced a new one for our family get togethers ...
if only we had saved them....
nothing like a burst of colour to brighten up a grey day...

a quick and easy project, pattern worked from a memory...
now it makes us all smile every time we look at it sitting on the bench...

hummm i think the knitted version is nicer and certainly easier to use as far as stretching over the pot...

as for keeping the tea warm, they both do the job very well...
they are sooo easy i am sure they will be the 2012 'go to' gift...
